Sustainable solutions and modern living heavily rely on Chemours chemistry. We are currently seeking an ASEAN, ANZ & India Sales Leader to join our Thermal & Specialized Solutions business. This position, available in India, will report directly to the AP Business director based in Shanghai, China. The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned business professional with a proven track record of accelerating business growth and/or leading successful business turnarounds in the ASEAN, ANZ & India region or broader territories like Asia Pacific. The responsibilities of the ASEAN, ANZ & India Sales Leader include: - Taking full responsibility for the commercial P&L of TSS ASEAN, ANZ & India region - Developing and executing the business strategy for TSS ASEAN, ANZ & India in alignment with the AP and global business strategies - Building and executing account-level plans to maintain existing business and secure new projects - Collaborating closely with product and purchasing managers for commodity business and focusing on specialty business growth - Working with global and regional teams on special projects such as CapEx investments, Joint Venture setups, and M&A activities - Leading the advocacy strategy at a country level and ensuring its successful execution - Developing the next generation of leaders in the region and nurturing high-potential individuals for higher roles Requirements for this role: - Bachelor's degree or higher - 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing functions with 5+ years of Sales leadership experience in the region - Proven track record in sales turnaround or growth acceleration - Strong experience in specialty chemical in a B2B environment - Result-driven with a strong commitment to delivery - Willingness to travel frequently in the region Preferred qualifications include strategic marketing experience, working with Auto OEM and Stationary AC companies, and AC or refrigerant experience.
