The role of Manager International Business Development & Exports at our client, a leading manufacturer of foundry consumables and refractory materials, involves spearheading the company's global expansion efforts with a focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As the Manager International Business Development & Exports, your primary responsibilities will include devising and implementing strategies to enhance the company's global presence, identifying and managing new business prospects, and overseeing end-to-end export operations while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your key duties will encompass developing and executing export sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, assessing and selecting international markets in various regions, conducting market research and competitor analysis, and addressing customer needs through effective communication and support. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing export documentation, logistics, and regulatory compliance, coordinating with production and supply chain teams for timely order fulfillment, delivering technical support to international clients, and representing the company at global trade shows and industry events. To excel in this role, you should possess a profound understanding of foundry consumables and their applications, demonstrate a track record of success in international sales and export compliance, exhibit exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural skills, and showcase proficiency in INCOTERMS, shipping documentation, and credit risk management. Moreover, strong analytical capabilities, reporting skills, and a willingness to travel internationally are crucial for this position. The ideal candidate for this role would hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering, accompanied by 8-12 years of relevant experience in international sales within the foundry or related industries. A certification in Export & Import Management would be considered advantageous. Summary Join a leading cement manufacturing company as AGM/DGM Calcination Production, and play a pivotal role in managing safe, reliable, and efficient kiln operations. Lead the calcination production team and drive quality, productivity, and compliance across plant operations. Location: Hyderabad Your Future Employer: A well-established and reputed cement manufacturing company with a strong market presence and a commitment to innovation and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Head the Calcination Production department to achieve targeted output through optimized kiln operations. Drive all production-related technical and administrative functions of the coke calciner. Lead, train, and guide the production team to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations. Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials (LSHS Oil, DD Oil, Hydrated Lime, etc.) and monitor their consumption. Plan production in coordination with Quality Control inputs, ensuring quality output and timely delivery. Supervise refractory application processes and manage refractory stock levels. Perform regular quality objective reviews and risk assessments for key production processes. Act as the site incident controller during emergency situations; coordinate with the main controller for effective incident management. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015 standards. Drive health, safety, and environment (HSE) practices by identifying and addressing unsafe conditions and safety violations. Lead awareness initiatives and QMS & SHEMS objective achievements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement strategies. What We’re Looking For: Education: B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience in kiln operations (preferably in cement or calcination plants). At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role above the manager level.
