The ideal candidate for the Sales Head position should have a minimum of 10 years of work experience and hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy. A strong background in the Steel industry is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked at Tata Steel, AMNS, JSW Steel, or have experience in the SMS (Steel Melting Shop) of a steel plant for at least 5 years. Alternatively, candidates with experience in selling refractories or other consumables to steel plants will also be considered. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule will be during the day with weekend availability. Additional benefits include a performance bonus and yearly bonus. Train and guide refractory masons/workers for quality workmanship and safe work practices. Implement cost-effective maintenance practices to optimize refractory life and reduce breakdowns. Prepare budgets, spares planning, and liaise with procurement for timely material availability. Coordinate with OEMs/refractory suppliers for technical support and new refractory solutions. Key Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of Coke Oven construction, refractory materials, and maintenance practices. Strong understanding of refractory bricklaying, relining techniques, and hot repair methods. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Coke Oven refractory problems.
