As a Chemist at HEPL, a Group company of a 35-year-old FMCG Brand, you will be responsible for conducting various analytical tests and quality control activities in industries such as FMCG, Cosmetics, Foods, and Pharmaceuticals. You should hold an M.Sc. degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or Life Sciences with 0 to 5 years of relevant experience. Your primary responsibilities will include operating, calibrating, and maintaining various laboratory equipment such as UV-Vis spectrophotometer, K.F. Titrator, Conductivity meter, Viscometer, FT-IR, Tinto meter, Analytical balance, pH meter, GC, and HPLC. You should also have hands-on experience in handling Kjeldahl digestion and Distillation Unit, as well as in the preparation and maintenance of reference standards and volumetric standard solutions. In addition, you will be involved in quality control and quality assurance activities, including testing retained samples, spiked samples, and participating in inter-laboratory comparisons and proficiency testing programs related to skincare, hair care, hair color, specialty products, foods, snacks, dairy products, beverages, and bakery products. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing Standard Testing Procedures (STPs), validation documents, raw material, and product specifications. Good documentation and adherence to Good Laboratory Practices are essential aspects of this role. You should possess strong communication skills to effectively convey analytical results to both scientific and non-scientific stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and be able to join immediately. Prior experience in Research, NABL, and Laboratory settings will be preferred. The role is based in Ekkatuthangal, Chennai, and involves working full-time on day shifts from Monday to Friday. Role & responsibilities We are seeking a qualified and customer-focused Optometrist to join our team at Titan Eye+ . The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting eye tests, prescribing lenses, and providing expert consultation on eyewear solutions. This role bridges clinical excellence with exceptional customer service in a retail setting. Clinical & Diagnostic Duties: Conduct comprehensive eye examinations including refraction, vision testing, and ocular health screening. Prescribe corrective lenses and provide contact lens fitting and guidance. Maintain accurate patient records and prescriptions. Customer Experience: Explain eye conditions and prescriptions clearly to customers. Assist customers in choosing frames and lenses based on prescription, face shape, lifestyle, and budget. Offer after-sales support including minor adjustments and handling vision complaints Sales & Store Support: Work closely with the sales team to drive store revenue and conversions. Promote value-added lens coatings, premium products, and offers. Ensure cleanliness and calibration of diagnostic equipment. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Diploma in Optometry from a recognized institution. Registered with the Optometry Council (as per local/state regulation). 03 years of relevant experience (Retail optometry experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of optical instruments and software. Customer-centric with good problem-solving abilities.

Role & responsibilities To handle all assigned VAR's independently and Make them viable for LAB BA, ALL Segment business through VAR (Channel). Value Selling (To Position product & sales Low / Mid/High Value Equipment's). To generate Sales thru Lab equipment VAR's,Sub-dealers, agents-from the Industry Segments (Pharma, Chemical, Food, Education, Govt Research Institutes etc) and convert the same in to Sales Order. Build techno/commercial competencies in the channels. Develop and implement stock and sale strategy . Support VAR for Lead. Monitor Leads on regular basis. Manage channel sales directly and indirectly working with Dealers. To coordinate with dealer and MT for smooth business. Achieve monthly/Quarterly/Yearly business targets as per the dashboard. VAR (Channel) Deployment (as per business demand) & VAR Development. Partner with all stakeholders in a matrix organization for the business success. Preferred candidate profile M.Sc. / B.Sc. / Degree / Diploma in Engineering. (Chemical / Electronics / Instrumentation), MBA-Sales & Marketing.
