Role & responsibilities What we're looking for? We need a highly skilled and adaptable Network Support Engineer with deep expertise across the entire network stack, including wireless, security, WAN/LAN, routing, and DNS. You should have a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex networking problems, influencing product direction, and improving team efficiency through documentation and training. We are looking for someone comfortable with high ambiguity, energized by unique challenges, and calm under pressure. Experience with Meraki or Mist products is a strong plus, demonstrating a well-rounded and adaptable approach to networking technologies. What you'll do: Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer tickets spanning every layer of the network stack. Manage and support intricate customer networks, primarily remotely. Identify and document product bugs, escalating them with clear reproduction steps to the engineering team. Create well-structured feature requests informed by real customer needs and feedback. Build and maintain comprehensive documentation that shortens time-to-resolution for the entire team. Provide consistently high-quality technical service to customers, earning their trust through accuracy, responsiveness, and results. Act as an owner, continuously building technical depth and sharing expertise to elevate the entire team.
