Role Overview: We are looking for a Manager to handle daily operations, client coordination, and event execution while ensuring high-quality service and smooth teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Manage weddings and events from planning to execution. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and in-house production team. Oversee budgets, timelines, and logistics. Support marketing and business development activities. Lead and guide the team for efficient operations. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in event management/operations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Leadership ability and problem-solving mindset. Flexible to travel and work weekends.
