Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead Hot Refining operations in our alloy manufacturing unit. The role involves overseeing process optimization, production efficiency, quality standards, and team management. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise in refining processes and proven leadership in large-scale metallurgical operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Hot Refining section, ensuring production targets are met with optimal resource utilization. Drive process improvements for quality, yield, and cost optimization. Implement safety and compliance standards as per industry guidelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, PPC, and logistics for seamless operations. Mentor and develop the engineering team to build technical and managerial capabilities. Analyze performance data and prepare reports for senior leadership. Requirements: BE/B.Tech in Metallurgy / Mechanical / Production Engineering (preferred). 12-18 years of experience in Hot Refining Alloy or Steel Manufacturing. Strong knowledge of refining furnaces, process control, and metallurgical quality parameters. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
