Roles and Responsibility Perform customer retention activities under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager. Identify potential business opportunities with customers. Collect and validate customer documents according to organizational norms. Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow the disbursement process. Fulfill the sanction ratio requirement.
