We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in used car finance. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. Job Requirements Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university. Proven experience in branch relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in used car finance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
