Job Description :

• Job Role requires generating sales leads and revenue by leveraging existing customer relationships to acquire new clients.

• Acquisition of new referral partners in the form of individuals, businesses, or organizations that can generate referrals.

• Should be comfortable to work with Targets through the entire referral process, from initial contact to successful conversion.

• Develops and implements referral marketing strategies such as incentive programs or referral marketing campaigns , to increase sales through existing customer referrals.

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

Eligibility to apply :

• Fluency in Bengali is mandatory . English and Hindi communication preferred .

• Minimum 4 years experience in Referral Sales .

• Minimum Qualification should be graduation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
