Qualifications: - Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 5-10 years of experience in customer loyalty, sales, or marketing, with a demonstrated understanding of customer engagement strategies. - Proficient in data analysis tools and CRM software; strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating engaging content.
