You will be joining our team as a Customer Service employee for the booking desk, where you will be responsible for managing all export and import bookings for specific trades or a designated range of customers. Your main tasks will include monitoring bookings, making necessary amendments such as increasing equipment, changing equipment types or containers, rolling bookings to next or other vessels, and adjusting refer settings, among others. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, and there is a yearly bonus opportunity.
