About the role We are seeking a Manager to join our dynamic Oil & Gas consulting team at Grant Thornton. As a part of a team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative and strategic solutions, to clients in the Refining, petrochemicals and Chemicals segment in India. As a Manager you will leverage your expertise in advising clients on Strategy, commercial due diligence, market assessments, pricing strategies, supply chain optimization, business plan preparation, JV formation etc. related opportunities. Required Skill Competencies Minimum years of experience should be 6 - 10 years in the Refining, Petrochemicals and chemicals sector . Strong connects in the petrochemicals and chemicals sector with Indian players . Ability to generate and drive business in the petrochemicals and chemicals sector . Deep understanding of petrochemicals value chain in India, refinery-petchem integration, pricing strategies, supply demand modelling, supply chain and market assessments, Strong ability to lead and mentor a 3-4 member team Strong strategic and analytical skills Expertise in developing financial models from scratch and in-depth understanding of corporate finance concepts Expertise in writing reports, making presentations and carrying out in-depth sectoral research Education Criteria B.E/ B. Tech - Chemical/Mechanical Engineering and MBA Role & Responsibilities Carry out business development and generate business in the sector . Lead Execution of consulting engagements in the Oil & gas/Refining & Petrochemicals sector Lead a team of analysts and consultants for project delivery Develop financial models, presentations and reports Developing proposals for submission to clients Location – Mumbai Notice Period preference – Immediate or at the earliest Type of engagement –Full time

Role & responsibilities Install, inspect, maintain, and repair split, window, ductable, and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems . Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform necessary repairs. Handle refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection . Clean and replace filters, coils, and other components. Read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams . Record and report maintenance work, parts used, and system performance. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies . Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits. Preferred candidate profile ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or relevant field. 2+ years of proven experience as an AC Technician. Strong understanding of cooling and refrigeration systems . Knowledge of electrical circuits and HVAC control systems. Familiarity with tools and equipment like gauges, vacuum pumps, and multimeters. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Physically fit and able to work in various environments (rooftops, confined spaces). Valid driving license (if field visits required).
