Ensure that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives. - Participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality, and knowledge sharing. - Stay informed of industry technology trends, actively contribute to the organization's technology communities, and foster a culture of technical excellence and growth. - Adhere to secure coding practices, implement effective unit testing practices, and ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability. **Qualifications Required:** **Basic/ Essential:** - Experience in Java 11 version or above. - Experience in Spring Boot & JPA. - Experience in Webservices/REST API. - Experience in AWS Development (Lambda, Cloudwatch, S3). - Experience in Kafka. - Experience in NoSQL. - Hands-on experience with Goldensource EDM platform, SQL Server/PostgreSQL. **Desirable Skillsets/Good to Have:** - Good to have deployment through cloud formation and CI/CD pipeline. - Good to have aPaaS/Openshift. - Good to have Elasticsearch. - Basic knowledge of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Pattern, RDSMS/NoSQL (Database).
