Job Title: Reels Creator

Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and creative Reels Creator to produce dynamic, engaging short-form videos for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for video production, storytelling, and trends, with a deep understanding of social media algorithms and how to create viral content that drives engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Create Engaging Content: Produce high-quality, entertaining, and creative Reels that align with our brand and resonate with our audience.
• Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, sounds, challenges, and hashtags to incorporate into content.
• Video Editing: Edit and enhance video footage, ensuring the final product is visually captivating and aligns with platform specifications.
• Brand Storytelling: Create content that effectively communicates the brand’s story, values, and messaging in a fun, engaging way.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to ensure the videos align with ongoing campaigns and objectives.
• Monitor Performance: Track and analyze the performance of created Reels and optimize content based on audience engagement and feedback.
• Engage with Followers: Respond to comments and messages from followers to build a community and maintain strong audience relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in creating content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook Reels.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps like InShot or CapCut).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and strategies for engagement.
• Creativity and ability to produce content that is visually appealing and unique.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A good eye for detail, storytelling, and a passion for creating viral content.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with influencers, brands, or on social media marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO for social media.
• Ability to shoot and edit videos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Experience with other platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
