As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Time and Labor and Core HR modules, you should have 4-6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules, specifically Oracle Time and Labor and Core HR, and performing end-to-end configuration for these modules. You will be expected to create and update configuration books, as well as functional design documents. In this role, you will support the preparation and execution of test scripts, resolve testing defects, and participate in release upgrade testing. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring securities, creating workflows, and managing security for the modules. Your communication and presentation skills will be crucial, as you will need to effectively communicate project issues and escalate them to team leads. You will also be responsible for project deliverables from offshore for HCM Modules, requiring coordination with multi-cultural teams in a geographically diverse environment. Experience with structured software development life-cycle methodology is essential for this position. While not mandatory, familiarity with Redwood theme and Visual Builder Studio would be beneficial. Immediate joiners who can travel to Mumbai for a minimum of 10 days on client deputation are preferred. Flexibility in working arrangements is also required to excel in this role.,
