Seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a full-time position in Mohali with advanced React.js knowledge. As a candidate, you are passionate about creating web experiences that resonate with users. Your expertise lies in React.js, where you have hands-on experience in developing custom solutions. In this role, you will be an integral part of our on-site team in Mohali, contributing to the development of premium WordPress plugins and custom page-builder blocks. Your responsibilities will also include customizing WooCommerce, building extensions, and working on advanced client projects that demand tailored solutions like ecommerce platforms, property rental systems, and response calculators. Additionally, you will lead a team of junior developers, overseeing their daily tasks and effectively managing projects from inception to completion through seamless collaboration with stakeholders. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience along with proficiency in JavaScript ES6, React.js, Redux.js, Git version control, and React.js fundamentals. Your skill set should also include building reusable components, developing applications with and without Redux, creating custom Webpack configurations, utilizing modern React.js features like Hooks and Context API, working with RESTful APIs, implementing Redux Forms or similar technologies, handling async actions with Redux Thunk, optimizing performance, and employing modern authorization mechanisms. Your ability to confidently present ideas to stakeholders of all levels, lead internal teams effectively, multitask, solve challenges, and demonstrate moderate proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Xd, Photoshop, and Illustrator will be crucial. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of WordPress, PHP, and MySQL.,
