Position Overview Student Support & Welfare Act as the first point of contact for students regarding personal, academic, or social concerns. Provide guidance and counseling support (non-clinical) or refer to professional services where required. Ensure the well-being and safety of students, addressing issues such as anti-ragging, harassment, and grievances in line with university policies. Facilitate mentorship programs and student engagement initiatives. Campus Engagement & Activities Plan, organize, and support cultural, sports, and welfare events to enrich campus life. Promote leadership and participation through student councils, clubs, and societies. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of events and student initiatives. Administration & Compliance Maintain student welfare records, reports, and documentation. Coordinate with the Discipline Committee, Anti-Ragging Committee, and Internal Complaints Committee where necessary. Ensure compliance with UGC and university guidelines related to student welfare, safety, and discipline. Community & Outreach Encourage inclusivity, diversity, and student volunteerism. Liaise with parents, guardians, and external agencies as needed to support student well-being. Conduct awareness programs on health, wellness, career readiness, and social responsibility.
