Role & responsibilities Identify potential land acquisition opportunities. Conduct thorough market research and analysis. Evaluate the feasibility of potential land acquisitions. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts. Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with zoning laws and regulations. Work with local government officials to obtain necessary permits and approvals. Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, and real estate agents. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management. Manage the due diligence process for land acquisitions. Monitor and track the progress of land acquisition projects. Ensure all land acquisitions are completed within budget and on schedule. Assist in the development of land acquisition strategies. Collaborate with other departments to align land acquisition efforts with company goals. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. Provide support during the closing process of land transactions.
