Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement new website features ensuring cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility (desktop and mobile). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines. Test, optimize, and enhance website performance, security, and functionality. Maintain and upgrade existing websites; suggest and implement improvements. Manage code changes and deployment workflows using version control systems like Git. Required Qualifications: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with PHP and front-end technologies ( HTML, CSS, JavaScript ). Proven experience in developing responsive and cross-browser compatible web applications (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, iOS, Android). Proficient in using Git and version control workflows. Working experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal (Drupal is a priority skill ). Strong knowledge of frameworks such as Laravel (priority skill) and ExpressJS . Experience in Database Design , MySQL , and managing web servers like NGINX/Apache . Preferred Qualifications: In-depth understanding of JavaScript concepts including data structures, typing, and prototype inheritance. Familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks such as React , Vue , Node.js , or Ember . Experience with JavaScript build tools like Gulp and Webpack . Understanding of SEO principles and WCAG accessibility standards . Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and tools like Google Analytics .
