Red Team Offensive Security Specialist

Role Overview: You will be joining eSec Forte Technologies as a full-time Red Team Offensive Security Specialist based in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, testing, and identifying security vulnerabilities on various platforms including networks, systems, and applications. Your primary tasks will include performing red team assessments, executing advanced attacks, simulating potential threats, and providing detailed reports with actionable recommendations to enhance security measures. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to strengthen the organization's resilience against advanced threat actors. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive red team assessments and execute advanced attacks like kereberoasting, silver ticket, golden ticket, AD attacks, EDR bypass, and red team simulations - Identify and simulate potential threats, document findings, and create detailed reports - Provide actionable recommendations to improve security posture - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational resilience Qualification Required: - Strong expertise in Cybersecurity, Network Security, and Information Security practices and methodologies - Knowledge of Physical Security measures, systems analysis, and risk mitigation techniques - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate findings and collaborate - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Red Team or Offensive Security roles - Certifications like OSCP, CEH, GIAC GPEN, or equivalent are highly desirable - Familiarity with tools such as Nessus, Burp Suite, or Core Impact is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field,
