Role & responsibilities: Partner with Business, HRBPs, and Resource Management to identify talent needs and execute effective recruiting strategies. Drive end-to-end recruitment across levels, including campus hiring and strategic sourcing. Manage and develop strong partnerships with search firms and assessment tools. Monitor hiring progress, improve recruitment processes, and deliver key hiring metrics. Define hiring specifications with business leaders and provide talent market insights. Ensure recruiting programs align with organizational goals, including diversity and inclusion. Implement metrics and tools to optimize Talent Acquisition effectiveness and quality of hires. Support employer branding in collaboration with Marketing to attract top talent. Lead key TA projects, build talent pipelines, and support organizational transformation initiatives. Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through strategic and consultative recruitment partnerships. Requirements and Skills MBA with 4+ years of experience in a Talent acquisition role. Proactive, Structured, Analytical, good interpersonal competency, and ability to work across hierarchy and with abstract requirements. Experience in working on recruitment analytics and the ability to measure as well as comprehend functional and team performance. Should have handled high-volume hiring. A deep understanding of recruiting processes and best practices Positive mindset and do not hesitate to question the status quo. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Teamwork contributing and getting things done.
