Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in sales or related domains. Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficient in using various job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems. Detail-oriented and organized approach to candidate management and documentation.
