Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to handle candidate calling and data entry activities. The role involves making outbound calls, collecting required information, and creating or updating profiles in the company database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to candidates to collect their details and confirm interest in job openings.
  • Create and update candidate profiles accurately in the internal database or portal.
  • Maintain and organize candidate records and documentation.
  • Ensure all data is entered correctly, completely, and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling a large volume of data.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in telecalling, data entry, or recruitment support (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
  • Polite and professional telephone etiquette.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
