Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Staffing Domestic) Location: Remote / On-site (Delhi NCR candidates only) Experience Required: Minimum 2+ Years (Freelancers also welcome) Budget: Up to 30,000 per month About Us: We are a growing company in the IT staffing domain, focused on delivering top talent solutions to clients across India. We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to help expand our domestic client base and manage existing accounts. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new clients in the IT staffing (domestic) market Handle end-to-end business development cycle lead generation to deal closure Build strong relationships with HRs, Hiring Managers, and IT decision-makers Manage client accounts , ensuring excellent service and repeat business Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates Generate revenue by meeting business targets Maintain accurate records of client communication and progress using CRM tools Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities Required Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT staffing sales (domestic market) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience in client acquisition and account management Ability to work independently and meet targets Knowledge of IT technologies and job roles (preferred) Comfortable with both remote and on-site (Delhi NCR) work mode Who Can Apply: Candidates with 2+ years in IT staffing sales (domestic) Freelancers with proven track record in business development are welcome Candidates based in Delhi NCR only Individuals who can work remotely or come to the office as needed Perks & Benefits: Flexible work mode (Remote + Office) Opportunity to work with a performance-driven team
