Position Overview: The HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and that the organization attracts, retains, and develops a talented and engaged workforce. The HR Executive will work closely with the HR Manager and other team members to support the overall HR strategy and objectives. Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and training. Managing payroll and benefits Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Prepare and manage HR documents, such as offer letters, employment agreements, and termination paperwork. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and policy updates. Qualifications: Candidate must have a bachelors degree in the field of management. Candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience in HR role, or related field. Candidates having experience in working with English speaking countries will be preferred. Understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. High level of integrity and confidentiality. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various company locations. The ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to travel to regional offices, branch locations, or recruitment hubs to conduct interviews, participate in hiring drives, and support local HR activities. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms. Coordinate and conduct interviews (in-person and virtual) with hiring managers and department heads. Travel to other company locations to manage and support recruitment activities, campus drives, and walk-in interviews. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires across all locations. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and generate regular hiring reports. Represent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and other external recruitment-related functions. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 13 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency). Willingness and ability to travel frequently (up to [XX]% of the time) to company locations or recruitment events. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
