Recruiting Tech Callers at Adeeba Group - US Shift

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Executive/Technical Support Executive at Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues. Your primary tasks will include diagnosing the problems faced by customers, providing suitable solutions, and offering technical support plans and software recommendations. It is crucial to possess excellent communication skills in English and be proficient in closing calls effectively. This role requires previous experience in outbound tech support for at least 6 months to 1 year. Joining immediately for the US shift schedule is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: - Receive inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnose technical problems accurately and offer the most suitable solution - Recommend and sell technical support plans and relevant software - Ensure effective closure of calls and possess convincing and sales skills - Adhere to the US shift timings (9:00 pm to 7:00 am) with 6 working days per week Qualifications Required: - Minimum educational qualification of 10+2 - Experience in outbound tech support for 6 months to 1 year - Excellent communication skills in English - Ability to join immediately for the US shift - Convincing and sales skills are a must Please Note: Freshers and candidates with domestic BPO experience are not eligible for this position.
