We seek a Human Resources Associate to join our Talent Acquisition programs team in either our Pune or Gurgaon office. The HR Associate sits within the Recruiting Center of Excellence (COE) and will own a range of administrative and operational tasks supporting our Talent Cloud team, ZSs Contingent Workforce program. The HR Associate ideally has experience across recruiting operations, vendor management, and/or data management. What You'll do: Program & Beeline Platform Support: Assist program leads in the execution of global program initiatives and projects. Provide administrative support for program operations, including managing the talent cloud outlook inbox. Create compelling PowerPoints & Excels for internal and external use across various workstreams. Co-ordinate regular connects with Beeline and internal teams for system updates, enhancements and track status of JIRA tickets. Attend Beeline product updates via pre-scheduled webinars. Data Integrity and Management: Own and perform regular data integrity checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of program data. Maintain and update records in the Beeline to support program operations. Coordinate with auditors in partnership with the program lead to respond to audit requests both internal and external. Vendor Management: Be the first point of contact for vendor and contractor day to day communications. Execute program change management communications as defined by the program leads with vendors. Coordinate and support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with vendors by creating first drafts and consolidating information from internal teams Project Management: Support the planning and execution of projects related to the global contingent workforce program. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Establishes and maintains a proactive, positive working relationship with end users through regular meetings and in-person contact. Liaison and Communication: Support the communication efforts between internal teams and external vendors. Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment and understanding of program goals and requirements. What Youll Bring Graduate with strong academic background required. A minimum of 2 years of prior work experience in Recruiting, Staffing / Resource Management or Vendor Management required. HR experience preferred. Experience working with Vendor Management Systems or other related platforms Beeline/Fieldglass Computer fluency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) Excellent oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail, dependability/punctuality. Ability to maintain confidential information, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion. Proactive self-starter with ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines. Experience working both independently and with a team in a demanding environment and interacting with onshore stakeholders. Sense of humor appreciated.

Lead recruiting operations within the region, including process excellence, technology, and data, in close collaboration with the Global Operations team: Develop a deep understanding of the companys approach to hiring and how operations enable recruiters to successfully attract and identify contribution-motivated individuals. Drive region-specific recruitment processes that align with global standards while addressing local needs. Ensure team members and key stakeholders have the knowledge to navigate these processes confidently and effectively. Facilitate the effective adoption and usage of the CRM and ATS by highlighting their capabilities as key enablers of successful hiring. Coach team members on the importance of technology usage and maintaining quality data. Equip team members with the knowledge and skills to use data and reporting tools for informed hiring strategies and effective communication with stakeholders. Utilize feedback and data to identify team knowledge gaps in process, technology, and data; work with the Global Operations Team and Supervisors to develop and execute plans to close these knowledge gaps. Lead the India Operations team by providing coaching, development sessions, and sharing best practices. Create and implement plans to achieve deliverables, ensuring accountability across the team. Oversee Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partners to ensure they deliver value in alignment with evolving business objectives: Collaborate with recruiting supervisors to identify which open roles RPO providers are best suited for and ensure RPO providers have a clear understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and expectations. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for RPO partners and regularly update leadership on their performance. Ensure RPO partners adhere to established processes and utilize enabling technology. Develop and implement an audit plan and schedule and create strategies to address any knowledge gaps if necessary. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications): Demonstrated experience in leading and driving the adoption of integrated and interconnected processes, considering change impacts and adjusting for second and third-order effects, while successfully connecting people, processes, technology, data, and knowledge. Strong analytical skills with a track record of leveraging data and insights to assess effectiveness and drive informed decision-making. Demonstrated proficiency in applying economic thinking and decision-making principles that have led to value-added outcomes. Proven success in collaborating and building relationships with team members and stakeholders, influencing others, and providing coaching. What Will Put You Ahead: Previous experience with driving the adoption of a CRM and ATS. Experience working within or partnering with a global recruiting organization.
