The SME will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver a streamlined, efficient, and compliant hiring experience. Required skill and experience: Must have 5+ year experience, hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including at least 2+ years specifically in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). Serve as the functional SME for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), leading solution design, configuration, and deployment efforts. Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle ORC configurations and workflows. Configure and maintain recruitment processes including job requisitions, candidate workflows, interview scheduling, job offers, and onboarding integrations.
