Your main responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various open roles. You will work closely with team leads to submit suitable candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline is maintained by understanding job requirements and assessing candidate fitment based on areas of interest, experience, visa eligibility, location, etc. The location for this role is Onsite in Noida, and the shift timings are from 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST (9 am to 6 pm EST).
