Your role will involve designing and revising job descriptions, sourcing candidates from diverse online platforms, crafting engaging recruitment emails, screening resumes, and conducting both in-person and phone interviews. You will also be responsible for administering assignments and various tests, monitoring the progress of the interview process, and communicating information about the company and its benefits to candidates. Additionally, you will advertise job openings through different channels, respond to queries regarding compensation and benefits, participate in job fairs, collaborate with managers to determine future hiring needs, and conduct exit interviews for departing employees.
