The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions within our India operations. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to ensure that our hiring process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. Why work on this team: You will play a direct role in the growth and success of a US based Healthcare product organization. • You will help build and shape the culture of Availity in India What you will be doing: 1. Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the industry 2. Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and associate referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline 3. Proactively headhunt candidates for niche roles 4. Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit 5. Coordinating and managing the interview process, including scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers 6. Providing timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process 7. Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices 8. Advising hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability 9. Ensuring clear and consistent communication between all stakeholders involved in the hiring process 10. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance 11. Ensuring that the recruitment process is compliant with company policies and local labor laws 12. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) 13. Working closely with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive and compelling job offers 14. Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires 15. Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction 16. Providing regular updates to senior management and leaders on recruitment activities and outcomes 17. Contributing to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand 18. Participating in and organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives 19. Creating and managing job advertisements that attract high-quality candidates. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2. 3-5 years of experience in recruitment 3. Strong understanding of the Indian job market and recruitment landscape 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software 6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure 7.
