To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, backed by 1-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the real estate industry. You must possess a strong grasp of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies, exceptional communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple open positions effectively, and a high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required to perform your duties efficiently.,
