Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Recruiter located in Mumbai. The Jr. Recruiter will be responsible for coordinating with hiring managers, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates. Additionally, the individual will assist in creating job descriptions, managing the recruitment database, and participating in career events and job fairs to network with potential applicants.
