Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Recruiter located in Mumbai. The Jr. Recruiter will be responsible for coordinating with hiring managers, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates. Additionally, the individual will assist in creating job descriptions, managing the recruitment database, and participating in career events and job fairs to network with potential applicants. Qualifications Experience with recruiting techniques, including resume screening and candidate assessment Familiarity with job boards, social media recruiting, and recruiting databases Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in the media or production industry is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Tentative stipend: 15k-20k Show more Show less
