Recruiting Analyst

Role Overview: As a Recruiting Analyst at Accenture, your main focus will be on improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. You will be responsible for talent identification and definition, assessing current and future talent needs, identifying mission-critical workforces, understanding key workforce skills and competencies, and addressing talent gaps.
