Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd. is seeking a Human Resource Executive specializing in recruitment to join their team in Rajkot, Gujarat. This role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent to support the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Process: Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus recruitment drives. Conduct initial screenings and interviews, coordinating with hiring managers for technical assessments. Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring process. Monitor key performance indicators such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rate. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Engage with candidates effectively, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Represent the company at job fairs, campus placements, and networking events. Database Management & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate databases. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process. Qualifications: Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements under tight deadlines. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
