Utilize MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) for efficient recruitment processes. Act with urgency to meet hiring deadlines and ensure smooth hiring operations. Manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously while identifying priorities. Deliver excellent customer service and establish strong interpersonal relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Stay updated with the latest trends in social networks and sourcing tools. Take full ownership of the recruitment process from beginning to end, ensuring high-quality service, and meeting time, quality, and service expectations. Negotiate salary packages effectively and ensure a smooth hiring process. Manage application tracking systems (ATS) efficiently. Partner with relevant departments to develop and execute search strategies to meet staffing needs. Skills and Qualifications : Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with specific experience in SAP recruitment being highly desirable. Previous experience in recruitment within an agency environment is a plus. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of social networks and digital sourcing tools. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards. Experience in negotiating salary packages and managing the hiring process end-to-end.
