We are seeking a Campus Recruiter to spearhead our hiring efforts across universities and colleges. This role will involve building strong relationships with educational institutions, conducting campus hiring drives, and attracting top-tier student talent to join Role & responsibilities: Establish and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and training institutes to develop a robust talent pipeline. Plan, organize, and execute on-campus and off-campus drives, job fairs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the entry-level hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Represent the Company at career fairs, campus drive to promote our employer brand. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding . Leverage social media, job portals, and digital platforms to connect with potential candidates. Track and report recruitment metrics to assess hiring success and recommend improvements. Track and report attendance and attrition rates, providing actionable insights for management, MIS Report, Data Management Preferred candidate profile : Bachelors degree in HR or a related field . 1-3 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (Freshers with strong networking skills are encouraged to apply). Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills . Ability to manage multiple recruitment events while building strong relationships with institutions. Familiarity with digital recruitment platforms , including LinkedIn and job portals. Willingness to travel for campus hiring events.
