Promotion and Marketing: - Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract campers and promote the camp. Skills and Qualifications: Leadership and Management: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Problem-solving: Ability to address challenges and make sound decisions in a timely manner. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with campers, staff, parents, and other stakeholders. Vendor evaluations on qualification & capabilities, invite on RFQ, clarification by techno-commercial discussions. Vendor quote & document validation & recommendation, for further finance approval. Project execution schedule & alignment on supply, installation/executions. Change management & ensure conclusions without impacting project schedule.
