Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals. Explain our Salary Growth Community programs clearly and persuasively. Understand the student’s/working professional’s needs and recommend suitable membership plans. Build rapport, handle objections confidently, and close sales effectively. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the community. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students. Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in telesales/inside sales/counseling (education or training industry preferred). Strong communication and convincing skills in Marathi (English is a plus). Ability to listen, understand student needs, and handle objections tactfully. Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined with follow-ups. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Education: Graduate (any stream); MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
