You should have a strong domain expertise in Lease Administration services including Lease abstraction, Lease Setup, Recovery Set-Up, CAM Billing & Lease Audit processes. Your experience of 12-24 months in Lease Abstraction Services will be beneficial for this role. Ideally, you should have experience in the Real Estate/Legal Allied Services Domain. Your written and verbal communication skills must be excellent. Moreover, you must possess fair knowledge of Excel and have the ability to multitask between two systems. The role requires you to be open for US shifts and the work mode is WFO/WFH - Hybrid. The location for this job is MDC 2. The compensation for this position is set at 25,000 PM and the shift timings are from 4 pm to 1.30 am.,
