You will be responsible for identifying and assessing training needs within the organization, developing training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employee skills and performance. Your role will involve monitoring, evaluating, and scoring outbound and inbound calls against established quality assurance standards. To excel in this position, you must identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis and consultation with line managers. Additionally, you will audit calls to gauge call quality, gather actionable insights, and provide feedback for the audited calls to drive quality and conversion improvement. You will be required to publish reports based on audit findings and draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations. Your responsibilities will also include preparing and presenting performance analysis, QA reports, and other information on quality performance, training, onboarding, and evaluating new auditors. You will monitor employee performance and response to training, evaluate employee performance to identify skills gaps, and develop training manuals that target tangible results. Furthermore, you will conduct effective induction and orientation sessions, monitor and evaluate the training programs" effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically, and collaborate with various departments to ensure employees receive necessary training and design training documents. You should be able to manage a team of 8-10 auditors effectively. The key skills required for this role include excellent communication and leadership skills, proficiency in MS Office, strong writing and record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals, proven work experience as a sales trainer and auditor, and the ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.,

As a General Duty Assistant at Brain and Spine Medicity in Kannur, you will be an essential part of the Neuro rehabilitation department, providing patient care assistance and basic nursing support. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. You will also help patients move in and out of beds, wheelchairs, or stretchers. In addition to patient care, you will be responsible for monitoring and recording vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. It will be crucial for you to report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff promptly. Maintaining cleanliness in patient rooms, beds, and surroundings, as well as following hygiene and infection control protocols, will be part of your daily routine. You will play a supportive role to the medical/nursing staff by helping in preparing patients for examinations or procedures and assisting in the transportation of samples, equipment, or patients within the facility. Feeding patients as per their diet plan and ensuring timely administration of medicines under supervision will also be among your duties. Documentation assistance, including maintaining patient records and updating nursing logs if required, will be an important aspect of your role.
