As a Talent Acquisition/Cold Calling intern at Wissen Baum Engineering Solutions, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing potential candidates through online channels, coordinating with clients, preparing and presenting portfolio dashboards, creating and recording minutes of meetings, and assisting with internal office coordination. You will also be required to assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System, and lead employer branding initiatives. To excel in this role, you should be an expert in MS Office and Google Workspace, possess a pleasant personality, demonstrate proactive behavior, have strong communication skills, and fluency in English. Students from S.Y are eligible to apply for part-time internships, where you will gain valuable experience and other relevant documents during your tenure. Wissen Baum Engineering Solutions offers various job types including Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, and Volunteer positions with contract lengths ranging from 3 to 6 months.
