Role Overview: As a Finance & Accounting professional specializing in Record to Report (R2R), you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, smooth period closures, and effective coordination across finance functions. This role involves end-to-end ownership of R2R activities, close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and the ability to manage operational challenges in a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close activities - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls - Handle client and stakeholder escalations with professionalism, providing clear analysis and timely resolution - Coordinate effectively with upstream and downstream teams (AP, AR, FP&A, audit, and business partners) to drive day-to-day finance operations - Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances - Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries - Utilize ERP systems (such as Oracle or similar) to execute transactions, generate reports, and maintain data integrity - Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the R2R cycle - Adhere to SLAs, timelines, and quality benchmarks while managing multiple priorities Qualification Required: - 2+ years of experience in the Finance & Accounting domain with strong exposure to Record to Report (R2R / RTR) processes - Solid understanding of end-to-end financial close and reporting activities - Experience or confidence in handling client interactions and escalations - Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies - Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle (or equivalent platforms) - Good analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards - A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve finance processes Role Overview: As a Finance & Accounting professional specializing in Record to Report (R2R), you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, smooth period closures, and effective coordination across finance functions.
