You are invited to apply for the Assistant Manager/Lead Assistant Manager position, based in Noida. We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills, self-driven, and target-oriented, capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include identifying process gaps and risks, taking corrective actions, and establishing controls to address them effectively. In this role, you will assist stakeholders with tax schedule preparation for UK/London markets and should have experience in VAT return filings, preferably for Belgium and the UK. You will be responsible for handling intercompany reconciliations and eliminations to ensure accurate consolidation results. Additionally, you will prepare and review critical balance sheet reconciliations, conduct necessary research and analysis to substantiate the GL Balance with independent support, and liaise with key stakeholders to provide further analysis and explanation as needed. A good understanding of Insurance Accounting and its terminologies is essential, and prior experience in consolidation will be considered an advantage. To excel in this position, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Working knowledge of Record to Report, General Accounting, and Insurance Accounting - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in MS Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook) - Familiarity with ERP/Reconciliation solutions like Oracle, SAP, or Blackline is preferred The ideal candidate should have a CA, ICWA, or ACCA qualification.
