Job Title: E-commerce Accountant / Reconciliation Executive
Location : Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi
Experience: 1-4 Years (Must have experience in E-commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
✔ Reconciliation of online sales from E-commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
✔ Verify sales reports, commission charges, deductions, and payments from marketplaces.✔ Identify payment discrepancies, shortages, or excess deductions, and coordinate for resolution.✔ Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for online portal sales.✔ Maintain accurate records of returns, claims, and chargebacks.✔ Monthly reconciliation of payouts with sales and tax invoices.✔ Collaborate with internal accounts team for GST, TDS, and compliance checks.✔Track settlement cycles and ensure timely payment follow-ups.✔ Assist in preparing MIS reports for management review.
Key Requirements:
✅ Good knowledge of E-commerce platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
✅ Experience in sales reconciliation, payment tracking, and financial reporting.✅ Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)✅ Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory deductions related to E-commerce.✅ Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
