As a Tech Co-founder at D Globalist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our cross-border SaaS platform. Your strong product mindset will be essential in aligning tech execution with business goals. To excel in this role, you should have a degree from a reputable institution like IIT, Ivy League, or a Tier 1 global university. With at least 5 years of full-stack development experience, you should be proficient in building and scaling SaaS platforms using technologies like MERN/MEAN, Python, or similar. Your experience in leading early-stage teams at high-growth startups or working on personal tech projects that have scaled will be advantageous. An understanding of AI/ML, recommender engines, and data-driven feature engineering is crucial for this role. You should have a hands-on approach, a strong bias for execution, and a willingness to code, ship, fix, and repeat. Believing in building global-first products and empathizing with startup or founder pain points are qualities that will set you up for success in this position. In terms of compensation, we offer a combination of equity and fixed salary.
