Why this role matters As our first Head of HR, you will architect the people strategy for a greenfield, high-throughput operation. You will own the full employee life cycle—organization design, talent acquisition, performance and rewards, ER/IR, compliance, and capability building—so our lines ramp safely and reliably. In a cleanroom manufacturing context where throughput, yield, and safety are paramount, your work will shape the systems, culture, and leadership that power the plant. Key responsibilities Design and implement the people operating model: org structure across Plant HR, HRBP, TA, C&B, L&D, ER/IR, and HR Ops; phased headcount aligned to ramp plans.
