The ideal candidate is warm, patient, and reflective, with a deep understanding of early childhood development and a love for exploration-led learning. Key Responsibilities: Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent learning. Observe, document, and assess children’s progress and development regularly. Collaborate with co-teachers and parents to support each child’s learning journey. Incorporate art, nature, storytelling, music, and play as integral parts of learning. Promote social-emotional growth, empathy, and respectful communication among children. Maintain classroom hygiene, safety, and organization standards. Participate in parent meetings, professional development, and school events. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Minimum 1–3 years of experience working with pre-primary or kindergarten children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for hands-on, experiential learning. Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
