Receptionist/Back Office

As a Retail Sales Associate, your role involves greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner while maintaining product displays and ensuring shelves are fully stocked. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing inventory levels, reporting low stock to management, and assisting with receiving and unpacking deliveries. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store, including the stockroom, is essential. You are expected to follow store policies, procedures, and safety regulations diligently. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked - Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting low stock to management - Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store including the stockroom - Follow store policies, procedures, and safety regulations Qualifications Required: - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred - Experience: 1 year in Back Office preferred - Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi preferred - Certification: Relevant certification preferred Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, and the work location is in person at Gurgaon, Haryana.
