Receptionist/Back Office

As a Retail Store Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Your duties will include maintaining product displays, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, and monitoring inventory levels. You will report low stock to management and assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries. It will also be your responsibility to maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the stockroom. To excel in this role, you must follow store policies, procedures, and safety regulations diligently. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education and at least 1 year of experience in back office operations. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred, along with a certification. The work location is in Gurgaon, Haryana, and the preferred shift availability is during the day.
